Tapflow is a web application that helps recruiters find exceptional talent within minutes. These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of Tapflow (the "Service"), operated by Tapflow, Inc. ("Tapflow," "we," "us," or "our").
By using the Service, you consent to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which includes our data handling practices in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Disagreement with any terms requires cessation of Service use.
Tapflow provides a platform to connect users with tech talent. The entire recruitment process is facilitated, from role creation to candidate hiring. Tapflow commits to sourcing candidates promptly and efficiently. Users must provide true and complete information for the Service's effective use.
Tapflow operates on subscription plans with varying levels of access and features. Users select a plan suited to their recruitment needs.
Monthly and annual billing options are available, with annual plans offering a discount. Billing cycles commence at the start of the chosen period.
Users can use Tapflow for free forever. They are not required to upgrade unless they need more credits and/or features.
Payment information is securely processed through Stripe. Tapflow ensures the protection of your payment details in line with GDPR's stringent security requirements.
Unused subscription credits do not roll over and are non-transferable between billing cycles.
All rights in the Service are owned by Tapflow and are protected by law. This includes all content, features, and functionality.
This Agreement can be terminated by either party at any time with written notice. Termination results in immediate cessation of Service access.
The laws of Delaware govern this Agreement. Disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts within Delaware.
This document represents the full agreement between Tapflow and its users, superseding all prior understandings related to the Service.
